You often walk on the road suddenly your leg gets sprained.
If there is a problem with the shoe or there is a hole somewhere in the road, there is a possibility that the foot will fall and sprain.

According to doctors, there are ligaments around every joint in our body. These hold the joint tightly. It is easy to move up to a certain angle but it hurts to do more.
If the movement is out of range for any reason, the ligament is pulled or some part is torn.
This is called the sprain. Since the legs carry the entire weight of our body, it hurts a lot when the leg is sprained. Even the legs are swollen.

What to do to solve this problem?
The first thing to do is- Do not move with pressure on the ankle. This can cause more damage.
So if you have a sprained ankle, first sit somewhere. If there is a bandage on the front of the hand, wrap it well.
Make sure the ankle rests. If fill pain too much then go to the doctor as soon as possible.
Take a break- Rest, but not more than 2 to 3 days. Even if the pain subsides, if you walk more without lifting and lift a heavy bucket, the swelling of the ankle will continue.
So take a walk with some support. Soak your feet in warm water for a while before going to bed at night.
Bake ice- Nowadays, experts say that ice can be used for any pain in the legs. Ice but do not give directly. Only wrap in a cotton cloth.
Give this toast every two hours after the injury. This greatly reduces the swelling.
Crepe bandage- Applying a crepe bandage also relieves the pain as the ice reduces the pain.
Keep the crepe bandage tight for at least two days after the injury. This will control the pain.
Keep your feet up- The lower the legs, the more the pain will increase. And so put your feet on the chair or you can keep the tool even if you don’t have a chair.
Keep your feet above the heart while sleeping. Place feet on side pillows. This will reduce the swelling very quickly.
Garlic- Turmeric can be eaten on an empty stomach in the morning but good results are obtained.
Holud – Turmeric has been used to relieve pain for a long time. So you can heat turmeric and apply it to the sore spot.
This holud lime works better than any painkiller. Even if you mix turmeric with milk, it will relieve the pain.
